We ship with GLS, with at delivery time between 2-5 workings days. In Denmark we only deliver to ParcelShops, and your goods will be delivered Monday to Friday.

We offer free shipping for orders above DKK 600.

Other countries:
At the moment we don´t offer free shipping, but please send us an email at cb@pastrouve.com and we will find the shipping rates to you.

Please note that risk of loss or of damage to the goods passes to you after delivery.

Tracking your parcel:
You will receive a shipping conformation by email when your order has been shipped. This email contains a tracking link which allows you to follow the package for delivery. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours from when you receive the email to the link is active with status information on your package.

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Visa
  • Visa-Dankort
  • Visa-Electron
  • Mastercard
  • MobilePay

Your payment will be charged when your goods leave our warehouse for delivery.

Returns policy:
Exchanges and refunds will be issued up to 14 days from the date the product was received

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
  • All original labels and tags still attached and intact.

To complete your return, please enclose the invoice in the package you return as proof of purchase.

When we have received and approved the return, we will send you an email whether we approve or reject your refund. If we approve, your refund will be processed to your account as soon as possible, and we will refund the money on the card you used for the purchase or by MobilePay.

Please note that the return cost is your own expense. We recommend choosing your most reliable service and sending your parcel tracked.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery, or parcels delivered to ParcelShop.

Return procedure:
Should you wish to return a product, you must complete the return form that is included in the package with your product.

Exchange of goods:
Upon return, the money Is always returned. Therefore, if you want to exchange for another item, please return the item you want exchanged and then place a new order on the new item you want.

Sale items:
We only refund regular prices items. Sale items cannot be refunded.
